This policy explains, in simple terms, what personal data we collect through our website, patient services, clinic management software (HMS) and health-records applications, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian law.

• Basic details — your name, phone number, email address and location, used to set up your profile and connect you with the right services.
• Health information — such as prescriptions, consultation history, treatment notes and, where you choose to link it, ABHA-linked health records, used so that doctors can provide better and faster care.
• Professional details — for doctors and clinics using our platform: qualifications, registration information and clinic data.
• Usage data — information about how the website and platform are used, so we can improve them.

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services — nothing more.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you sign up for or use our services, or where processing is otherwise permitted under the DPDP Act. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the contact details below; we will stop the related processing except where we are required by law to retain data.

• With the doctors or clinics you choose to consult
• With Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM/ABHA) systems, only with your consent, for verified health-data access
• With trusted service providers (such as payment providers) under appropriate safeguards
• When required by law or a lawful order of a court or authority

• Role-based access controls — staff and doctors see only what they need
• Secure infrastructure with continuous monitoring
• Regular backups and recovery systems

We keep your data only for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet legal and medical record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
