When it comes to healthcare, data isn’t just information — it’s personal and sensitive, and it deserves to be handled with care. This policy explains, in simple terms, what personal data we collect through our website, patient services, clinic management software (HMS) and health-records applications, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian law.

1. What information do we collect?

• Basic details — your name, phone number, email address and location, used to set up your profile and connect you with the right services.
• Health information — such as prescriptions, consultation history, treatment notes and, where you choose to link it, ABHA-linked health records, used so that doctors can provide better and faster care.
• Professional details — for doctors and clinics using our platform: qualifications, registration information and clinic data.
• Usage data — information about how the website and platform are used, so we can improve them.

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services — nothing more.

2. Consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you sign up for or use our services, or where processing is otherwise permitted under the DPDP Act. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the contact details below; we will stop the related processing except where we are required by law to retain data.

3. Why do we use this information?

• To enable appointment bookings and home-visit services
• To share medical records securely with the doctors and clinics you choose
• To improve diagnosis and continuity of care through better data access
• To operate, secure and improve the platform
• To comply with healthcare and data-protection regulations

4. Where is your data stored?

5. Who do we share your data with?

We keep this simple: your data is never sold. We only share information when it is required to make the service work:

• With the doctors or clinics you choose to consult
• With Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM/ABHA) systems, only with your consent, for verified health-data access
• With trusted service providers (such as payment providers) under appropriate safeguards
• When required by law or a lawful order of a court or authority

6. How do we protect your data?

• Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
• Role-based access controls — staff and doctors see only what they need
• Secure infrastructure with continuous monitoring
• Regular backups and recovery systems

7. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data only for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet legal and medical record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you can at any time:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update your information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent and decide how your data is shared
• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

9. Cookies and third-party analytics

We use cookies and third-party analytics services to understand how the website is used and to improve your experience — such as which pages are visited and how visitors interact with them. We currently use:

• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• Firebase Analytics (a Google product) — usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Fields where you enter personal details — such as your email address on our waitlist form — are masked from session recordings and never captured by these tools.

You can decline non-essential analytics cookies via the consent banner shown on this site, or disable cookies entirely in your browser settings.
