Welcome to The Doorstep Clinic (“TDC”, “we”, “us”), a registered trademark of Satkrut Ventures Private Limited (CIN: U86100PN2024PTC236596), with its registered office at Bldg-A, Fl No-101, Forest Castle, Sr No-36/5/1, Ambegaon BK, Pune, Maharashtra, India – 411046.

By using our website, services or platform — whether as a patient, doctor or clinic — you agree to the following terms. They exist to ensure the system works fairly, safely and reliably for everyone.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using The Doorstep Clinic, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may choose not to use the platform.

2. Who can use the platform

• Patients seeking healthcare services
• Registered doctors and medical professionals
• Clinics and hospitals

All users must provide accurate and valid information during registration.

3. Role of The Doorstep Clinic

The Doorstep Clinic acts as a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. We enable appointment booking, facilitate secure data exchange (including ABHA integration, which is in development), and provide tools for clinic and patient management.

4. User responsibilities

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, manipulate or disrupt the system

Doctors and clinics are additionally responsible for valid credentials, ethical medical practice and compliance with applicable regulations.

5. Payments and pricing

• For doctors (app users): a 2.5% platform fee applies on each successful consultation booking, covering the technology and infrastructure that enables it. There is no registration or subscription fee.
• For HMS/CMS users: a fixed monthly platform fee applies, with no per-patient or per-booking charges.
• Home-visit service pricing is communicated at the time of booking.

All payments must be made through authorised channels on the platform.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the doctor or clinic’s own policies and the type of service booked. The Doorstep Clinic facilitates the process but does not control individual provider policies.

7. Data and privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including secure storage of your data in India, controlled sharing with the healthcare providers you choose, and integration with systems such as ABHA where applicable and consented to.

8. Platform usage limitations

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent activities
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Disrupt or overload the system
• Copy or misuse platform content or technology

9. Suspension or termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access, if these terms are violated, misuse is detected, or legal or security concerns arise.

10. Limitation of liability

The Doorstep Clinic is not responsible for medical outcomes or treatment decisions, the actions of doctors or clinics, or delays, cancellations or service issues attributable to providers. We act as a facilitator, not a provider of medical care.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
